ACKNOWLEDGMENT
All orders are acknowledged in writing via fax or email. Please review and advice immediately of any discrepancies.

ARTWORK
A vector artwork in black & white should be provided in EPS, AI, PDF or CDR files which converted in outline or curve. A fax copy of the artwork with purchase order is required for accuracy comparison.

If artwork needs to be touched or reconstructed in any way, art charge of $30.00 (G) per hour will be incurred. These charges will be acknowledged before proceeding with the order.

CO-OP PROGRAM
Co-Op pricing is available upon request. Please call to inquire.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Any change or cancellation of an order in process will be subject to costs incurred to date as well as a $30.00 (G) cancellation charge. Changes to a purchase order must be signed off in writing.

LARGE QUANTITY PRICING

LESS-THAN-MINIMUM
Add $30.00 (G) and use first column price.

METHODS OF IMPRINT

Laser Engraving, Hot Stamping on selected leatherette products and silk screen imprinting are available. Tonata does not guarantee the life of the screened imprint on metal product.

Laser Engraving or Screen Imprinting:
1. Set-Up Charge: Add $50.00 (G) on single item & 75.00(G) on gift set. Add $35.00 (G) for each extra location.
2. Repeat Order Set-Up Charge: $35.00 (G) on single item & $55.00 (G) for gift set.
3. Extra Location/Color Run Charge: Keytag and Pen-$0.40(G) ea; other products-$0.50 (G) ea.
4. Oxidation Run Charge on selected products: Pen-$0.30(G) ea; other products-$0.40 (G) ea.
5. PMS exact match charge: $15.00 (G)
6. Laser Engraved Personalization: $1.70 (G) per name run charge; plus $25.00 (G) Set-Up charge per order. A typewritten list in Word, Excel or text file must be supplied.

Hot stamping:
1. Set-Up Charge: Keytag-$65.00 (G); other products $75.00 (G), Gift Sets-$ 95.00 (G). Add $0.30 (G) per piece run charge for foil stamping.
2. Repeat Order Set-Up Charge: $35.00 (G) on single item & $55.00 (G) for gift set.

OVER/UNDER RUNS
Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, for imprinted products, Tonata reserves the right to ship up to 3% over or under the quantity of the ordered.

PAPER PROOF
Paper Proof is provided in PDF file via email on all orders of imprinted products. The initial proof plus one revision are provided at free of charge. Any additional revision will be charged at $12.50 (G).

PRODUCTION TIME
1. Normal production time on stock items is 7 working days after credit and proof approval. 3-day or 5-day Rush Service is available on selected items for FREE of charge. 24-Hour Rush is available with nominal fee. Please inquire for detail.
2. Normal production time for imported items is 7-10 weeks receipt of proof approval.

RETURNS
Returned product will not be accepted without prior authorization. Any shortage or damaged goods must be notified within 15 days from receipt of shipment. Goods damaged during transit need to be claimed to the carrier immediately. Un-imprinted product is subject to 15% of re-stocking charge. All returns must be freight prepaid within 60 days of shipment.

SAMPLES
1. Random Samples are billed at End Quantity Prices and are non-returnable.
2. Speculative Samples can be produced with applicable Set-Up charge plus the product cost.

SHIPPING
1. All products are shipped F.O.B. California. Freight charge & insurance will be prepaid and billed unless otherwise request. We are not responsible for the delays caused after goods leave our plant.
2. Add $5.00 (G) each for Drop/Split shipment after first shipment. Add $10.00 (G) for each international drop shipment.

TERMS
Net 30 days upon approval of credit. Deposit required for first time or special orders.

TRADEMARKS & LOGOS
Tonata assumes no responsibility in determining who does and does not hold claim to trademark or logo. Trademarks & logos depicted herein are to show imprint capability only and are not constitute an endorsement of the product within this catalog.

UN-IMPRINTED MERCHANDISE
Un-imprinted item will be billed at End Quantity Price. Quantity ordered for less than minimum quantity will be billed at minimum quantity price.

WARRANTY
All products are guaranteed against mechanical or structural failure under normal use (battery excluded). Returned imprinted items may be replaced with un-imprinted items.
